The most valuable email we get. Tell us which calculator, the exact figures you entered, what it showed, and what you expected.

Something is broken

A page that will not load, a control that will not move, a layout that breaks on your phone. Your device and browser help us reproduce it.

A calculator is missing

Tell us what you were trying to work out and we will look at whether it fits. Requests from real situations are how this list grew.

Something else

Press, partnerships, a question about these tools, or a note about the privacy policy or terms. All of it reaches the same inbox.

Why there is no contact form

A form would need a service to receive your message. We currently use plain email instead: it goes straight to our inbox, and you keep a copy of what you sent. The calculations themselves run in your browser; see ourprivacy policy for how shareable result URLs and hosting logs work.

What to include in a wrong-number report

Accuracy is the whole product, so these reports get read first. The most useful ones contain four things:

  • which calculator you used;
  • the figures you entered, if you are comfortable sharing them — result links also include those values;
  • the number we showed you; and
  • the number you expected, and where it came from.

If we got it wrong we fix the shared calculation, which corrects the website and the app together, and we will write back to tell you.

What we cannot help with

We cannot advise on your personal tax, investment or loan situation, review your return, or tell you which regime or product to choose. We are not licensed to, and our tools are estimates rather than advice — see our terms. For decisions that matter, please speak to a qualified professional or check directly with the official source.

How quickly we reply

Eternexa is built and maintained by a very small team, so replies are not instant. We read everything and answer what we can, and reports of a wrong calculation always go to the front of the queue.
